Dr. Cadavious Jones, Dean of the Division of Science and Mathematics at Rust College, has been selected as a User Advocate for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a role that highlights his commitment to community advocacy and STEM education. As a User Advocate, Dr. Jones will help tech teams ensure their innovations meet the needs of underserved communities.

Dr. Jones’s expertise in STEM and agricultural technology, along with his efforts to combat vaccine-hesitant behaviors in communities of color, uniquely positions him to guide the development of public health technology.
